My food and wine itineraries
Me and my collaborators provide their qualifications and experience in the world of food and wine for those who want to approach these products for business or simply hedonistic purposes.
Every month, amateur wine-tasting courses (of Italian and foreign wines), of varying time durations, are organised at the ‘La Maschera del Lillotatini‘ restaurant in Amsterdam and at the ‘Lillotatini‘ restaurant in Italy.
On this page there will also be promotions for oil tasting and gastronomy courses.
Our current courses include:
Cooking courses
The courses are for a minimum of two people and are structured as follows:
Arrival at 10 am and preparation of two courses chosen from the Menu (the same for all people); the Chef will guide the students who will autonomously realise the dishes that will then be tasted for lunch together with a glass of wine, water and coffee included.
Price 100 Euro p/p including lunch.
